The luxurious Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax offers spacious apartments and studios with free WiFi access. The spa centre offers free of charge steam baths, saunas, jacuzzi, contrast showers, a fitness centre Technogym, indoor bio pools with 30°С temperature and built-in hydromassage panels, a pool with Dead Sea salts and a relax area with Himalayan salt lining.

Most of the units have a fully equipped kitchenette and bathrooms with French cosmetics and bathrobes for adults and children.

Aparthotel Lucky Bansko SPA & Relax has 2-3 exclusive restaurants that offer different types of cuisine - Mediterranean, Italian and Alpine, and the dishes are served traditional and Alpine dishes, prepared according to original recipes. The Alpine restaurant Fondue is only open during the winter season, but the Italian restaurant Leonardo and the classic Le Bistro are open year-round.

The spa offers a variety of treatments and therapies, including ultrasonic peeling, RF face and body lifting, and anti-aging treatments with the high-quality French cosmetics of Academie. The latest in the field of rejuvenation: Intraceuticals is a mesotherapy created on the basis of nanotechnology, which is intradermal penetration with a pressurized oxygen jet and hydration with 95% pure hyaluronic acid and a multivitamin complex. This is a needle-free (non-invasive) therapy that "awakens" the skin to a new life and will only think in LUCKY BANSKO SPA & RELAX. A children's playground and club are available. Through the winter season professional babysitters care free of charge for the children in the kids club.

The latest in the spa's offer are health therapies with a cryochamber, beauty and anti-cellulite therapies - pressotherapy, unique Hydra Beauty cosmetic device therapies with an instant effect. The spa has a Nutri bar offering healthy drinks and superfoods.

The hotel organises excursions to cultural sites and monasteries in the area.

During the active ski season rates include free transportation to and from the gondola station.

The hotel also offers transfers directly to the ski slopes for a fee. Standard and VIP ski passes are sold at the hotel reception. Hotel guests are provided with 2 free wardrobes with heaters for storing ski equipment.
